 The apartments, furnished in the Tuscan style, with rustic flooring and chestnut beams, are both made up of a living-room with cooking area (with 2/4 gas rings, refrigerator, electric oven and crockery) and a comfortable double sofa bed, a double room and a bathroom (with shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit) and a separate bath anteroom. Also provided: colour TV with SAT decoder (DVB-S), electric kettle, bed and bath linen, and mosquito-nets at the windows.
 The rooms, for two or three guests,also furnished in the Tuscan style like the apartments, are cosy and quiet, and have an ensuite bathroom (with shower, hairdryer and courtesy), minibar, electric kettle, colour TV with SAT decoder (DVB-S), bed and bath linen, table, and mosquito net at the windows.
 The apartments and the rooms are cool and welcoming in the summer (the temperature never rises above 24°C -75°F, notwithstanding the lack of air conditioning), guaranteeing optimal and “natural” thermal comfort thanks to the careful refurbishing) and warm in winter (the apartments are provided with autonomous boilers, with customisable heat setting in the rooms thanks to electronic sensors and solenoids.)
